Hi,

I am looking for help on how to solve this problem. When i
insert objectsuch as excel inside a powerpoint
presentation and run it, it runs for the first time. When
i save it, then open it again and run the object, it
closes the entire powerpoint program.

Can anyone help me please.
Thanks

I assume double-clicking the Excel object opens up an instance of Excel -
click anywhere outside the Excel object to go back to PowerPoint.

Is this what you were referring to?

Thanks geetesh,

But the problem is different. When I double click, excel
doesnt open and powerpoint program also closes.

That's a strange thing to happen - but stranger things do happen <g>

Try running 'Detect and Repair' from PowerPoint (and/or Excel's) help menu.
Also, does the error occur only with this instance of an inserted Excel
object, or does it happen with all Excel objects?

Hello Ravi,

How long is the 1st movie. If there's no user interaction with a kiosk
presentation for more than 5 minutes, the next time that control is
returned to PowerPoint (for example, after a long movie plays) a kiosk
presentation automatically returns to the 1st slide of the presentation (by
design).
