Would someone explain how to change number color for negative values in the
data table, displayed on the chart? Also would someone explain how to change
the diplayed order in the data table with one bar and two lines displaying
the data? It always defaults to the bar graph data on top and this is
incorrect from what needs to display.

Sounds like something you're used to doing in Excel, but it's not a feature in
PowerPoint (or rather in MSGraph, the thingie that PPT calls up to do its
charting jobs).

You might want to do the chart and data table in Excel then copy/Edit/Paste
Special/Link into PPT

Hi Steve,

I could not get this to work in Excel either.
Formatting of the table is very restrictive in both.

Cheers

Hey, thanks for checking that, Andy.

I was thinking more along the lines of a worksheet with formatted data (as the
datatable) driving a chart added to the worksheet rather than as a separate
chartsheet.

But then I'm Excellently Ignoramious.
