Powerpoint - Chart & Data from Excel Multiple worksheets Auto refr

I have a huge Excel File with more than 25 worksheets with chart and data in
each sheet. I want to create a PPT with Chart and Data with one slide per
worksheet. If I change the data in Excel, it needs to be reflected in PPT
too. How do I achieve this?

Also, When I send the PPT to others, they will only see PPT and not excel.
Can they see the data & chart in PPT without having excel sheet with them?

Select the content you want to use in Excel.
Switch over to PPT, choose Edit, Paste Special and put a check next Link.

Repeat for each worksheet.

You can handle this in several ways, but I think what you might want to is
this:

In the PPT Edit, Links dialog box, set all the links to Manual
Then, when people open the file, they wont' be asked if they'd like to update
the links.
They'll be able to see the graphs but not edit them if you don't send along the
Excel workbook.

Another approach would be to save a copy of the PPT file and in it ungroup each
of the charts. That will completely break the link to Excel and convert them
into plain "dead" graphics with no data behind them and no links at all.
