Im am looking for a way to import a file into powerpoint. We are using
another program and copying the entire page, pasting it into word. The parts
that we are copying are an image of the screen from the program. The word
doc then containg both text and images. We would like to import this into
power point slides. Is there anyways we can manipulate this somehow to
import into powerpoint (many slides) to be able to do this as a presentation?

It is a word file. And the graphic image comes from an exe file that we use
for work. We want to put the word file into power pt and put it into slides
for a presentation.

Does that help any or do you need further explaining?

Why not just insert a button that you click on that runs an Action Setting
to "Hyperlink to" that file? That way you can view the information, click
the "X" and return back to your presentation! You can learn more about
linking at:

Word has a Send To PowerPoint option, but I think the file has to be
formatted just right to get a sensible PowerPoint presentation.
