T TAJ Simmons Oct 13, 2004 #2 eeyore73 Assuming that the person receiving the email has powerpoint installed.... simply rename your file from a .ppt to a .pps Or open your presentation in powerpoint then file > save as....change the filetype to "powerpoint show PPS" You can rename the file back to .ppt if you want to edit it yourself later.
