Powerpoint attachment in OWA doesnt open

I have a user who is trying to open a .ppt attachment
through outlook web access, when clicking on the
attachment he gets a dsn error, no .ppt opens.

I don't know what Outlook Web Access is, but if you'd give us the DSN
error message, I could at least search on the text.

Or maybe ask in the Outlook groups.

DSN or DNS?

Try to isolate the problem. Can the user save the file to a local drive and
open it? If so, it's not so much a PPT problem as it is a problem of
getting the file TO PowerPoint.
