powerpoint animation

my presentations title and index animate fine, however for
some reason my image shows up ok in preview but dosn't
show up in my presentation. could you please help me find
out why?
 
What version of PowerPoint?
Are there other images on the slide (animated or not)?
Is another element animating on top of your image and just visually blocking
it?
