Powerpoint and the sale of creations

I'm an educator (public. non-profit school) and we're considering moving our
school yearbook to a digital format in the near future. Our questions are
simply this: is it legal for us to sell a yearbook created using PowerPoint?
And if so--may we use clipart offered by Microsoft, or do we need to find
other copyright-free clipart?

We're aware that there ar professional "scrapbook" programs out there that
allow for the commercial sale of work created through them--but we just
really like the versitality and ease of use offered with PowerPoint.
 
Hi,

You can create presentations for sale if you have a legal copy of
PowerPoint. Clip art is different. There is a EULA (End User License
Agreement) that you need to read carefully: Now, if MS search worked, I'd
find a link to it. But maybe try to download a PowerPoint template from
Office Online and you will get the annoying EULA pop up.
