PowerPoint and Snagit

Save the video to your hard drive in the same folder as your presentation.
Open the presentation. Use Insert--> Movies and Sounds--> Movie from file to
add the movie in 2003 or earlier. In 2007, go to the Insert tab and find the
Movie button in the Media Clips group and add the video using that button.

Cupcake,
SnagIt produces avi files, so Insert - Movies and sounds - Movie from file -
select - insert - choose play automatically.
That should do it.
 
Acutally using the suggested the

Insert -> Movies & Sounds -> Movie From File -> Select -> Insert -> Play
Automatically

will NOT work since it is an .avi file format. Instead insert the file as an
OBJECT to play in the PPT.

Hmmm - I don't know why you wouldn't be able to insert an AVI into your PPT
files, they link to mine just fine.... Any movie is a link, not an insert.
