I am creating a web page that includes both Excel spreadsheets and Powerpoint presentations. When a person clicks on the Excel spreadsheet in either Internet Explorer or Netscape the spreadsheet opens up immediately. When opening the Powerpoint presentation through Netscape it opens up just fine. However, when attempting to open the Powerpoint presentation through Internet Explorer nothing happens. Additionally I am able to download the Powerpoint Presentation through Internet Explorer and then open it from my hard drive. Any ideas on why the Powerpoint Presentation will not open up directly upon clicking it?
