Dear all,

I inserted in PowerPoint presentation a PDF file as an object. The
problem is:

I can not find a way HOW to run Acrobat Reader automatically in Full
Screen mode, and HOW to return in my presentation? Does somebody have
any advice?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Irina.

Hi Irina,

You can change the document properties of the Adobe File
to open in full screen mode. You'll need Adobe Acrobat
Full Version. Click on File, Document Properties, Initial
View, check the box that says full screen.

For the second part, I'm assuming to want to "jump" back
and forth between the two?
You should be able to hold down the ALT key and tab
through the applications.

Yup. Or if you want the PDF to go away, you can add a new link someplace;
The link should be an Execute Menu Item link and should be set to execute File,
Exit. When clicked, it'll close Acrobat.

ISTR that there are some slight differences in the way this works in various
versions of Acrobat; might be worth testing.
