There shouldn't be a compatibility problem.
Does the presentation always stop on the same slide? If so, what's on
the next slide(s)?
What happens if you try the presentation on a different computer? Does
the same thing happen there?

In that case, first try turning hardware acceleration down (or maybe up,
in your case?) a few notches.
