Powerpoint 97 Play List was a good idea. We miss it.

We would like to be able to put Powerpoint presentations (*.PPS) in a folder
and just run them. This is now missing in Powerpoint, and it once existed. We
found this to be quite handy in display systems. We took Powerpoints in from
many members of our community and we able to run them with a minimum of
overhead (labor&tweaking). Powerpoint's new system whereby you can put
various presentations into one single file is nice, but it is still more work.

The playlist option is still there. Use the package for CD option, and
select copy to folder. Then you can edit the play list as needed
