Powerpoint 97 (animations)

Hi,

I'm trying to get my version of powerpoint 97 to show an
animated gif. It only seems to show me the first frame and
as such is not animated. I NEED YOUR HELP! I have a
presentation tomorrow and would really like to have a
spinning globe on the master slide, your help is much
appreciated.

Sorry but PPT 97 doesn't support animated gifs, it is too old. If you need
the spinning globe, you might want to look into converting the gif into some
form of movie and linking to it.

Have a search for animated GIF to AVI convertors.

AVIs (little movies) play in powerpoint 97 ok
