Yes, I am thinking of purchasing Powerpoint 7.0 but cannot
find out what year this version came out. I'm
guessing '98 but haven't been able to find out for sure.

XP - Version 10.0
2000 - Version 9.0
97 - Version 8.0
95 - Version 7.0

If you're not getting paid to take Version 7.0, you are wasting money! As
an absolute minimum, get the whole Office 97 Suite on eBay for under
$100.00!
