Powerpoint 2007

My daughters school are unable to run a ppt in 2007 saying it is because they
use Windows XP. It was done on a computer using XP so i can`t see this making
a difference. I can only think they are using powerpoint 2003. Is this likely
to be the case and if so how can i alter her presentation to run on 2003

Choose Office Button | Save As and opt for the 97-2003 Presentation (*.ppt)
format.

There should be no problem in using WindowsXP.
If the problem is PPT 2003 you have two options, use save as a powerpoint
97-2003 presentation. Or let them install the compatibility pack for Office
2003:
