When I paste charts etc from Excel it change layout. I belive it has
something to do with the "Automatic layout for inserted objects". But I don't
have that that "check box".

What do I do?

What is changing about the layout? PPT 2007 doesn't have an "automatic
layout for inserted objects."

When I paste a chart from Excel it moves the content of the chart to the very
left so the Y-axis disappear.

When I paste an Excel sheet and subsequently update the link it is reduced
and text looks different.

I'm really thankful if you can help.
