I am trying out Office 2007, I have posted a powerpoint presentation and
other people are trying to open it using the 2003 version and are unable to.
How do I save it where they can view it?

Click the Office button, then choose Save As, PowerPoint 97-2003 File
format (move your cursor over the little arrow to the right of Save As).

Save your Office PowerPoint 2007 presentation in PowerPoint 97-2003 format

1.Open your presentation in Office PowerPoint 2007
2.Click Microsoft Office Button->Save As-> PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation

PowerPoint 2003 users can also install Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack
for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats to open a Office 2007
Presentation.

The people you sent it to will need to have at least the free PowerPoint
Viewer to be able to view your PPT presentation.

I have saved it in the 97-2003 version and now I can not get the document to
attach to an email or my discussion board. Any tips?
Thanks

What are you trying? What email application are you using. Once it is
saved, it is a regular file. You should be able to go into your email and
add an attachment just (the same way you would add a picture or a Word
document to your email).

I am using yahoo, it seems it takes too long and it shut down my internet.
The presentation is for a class I am taking and I have to attach it to a
discussion board and it will not allow me to do it. It starts to attach and
then it shuts down my internet.
