I will do that today and keep you updated as to the progress and if it
works.
I thank you for the helpful information.
God Bless.
:
I just responded to a similar post on Experts Exchange yesterday or
today.
My suggestions here are the same:
1. Make sure you have a known good printer driver installed locally,
not
on
a network. PPT 2007 is really really picky about its printer drivers.
Here's
info:
http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00952.htm
2. Run Office Diagnostics in Office Button | PPT Options | Resources.

I have a handfull of customers that edit multiple Power Point
presentations
at one time and when they attempt to print, navigate or close them
they
are
getting the following errors in the event log:

All of the computers are Windows XP with SP3 with MS Office
Enterprise
with
service pack 2 installed. All the updates are current as of Monday
(3/14/10)
I have been battling with this for a while and need some assistance
please.
