Powerpoint 2007 crashes when adding media

Hello all,

I have done a google search to see if I can find why Powerpoint 2007 is
crashing when adding media files,jpg,clipart,movies,etc. There are so many
variations or suggestions from the search that I am unable to identify a
solution to this problem.

Could someone please help.

Hm.

How are you inserting the files?

This happens with images (JPGs) and movies both?

You might start by opening PPT, going to Office Button | PPT Options |
Resources and running Office Diagnostics.
