PowerPoint 2007 and prior versions

Does anyone know how to have an mpeg video file as the background for a
PowerPoint slide? I know there are third party addons that will do this but I
was hoping Microsoft would intregrate this feature into 2007. Any and all
assistance would be greatly appreicate, to include the third party software
that will do this. Thanks,

PPT 2007 doesn't do this, either.
