Powerpoint 2003

Anyone know how I can make a new subordinate, co-worker
box in an Org chart in 2003 automatically pick up colour
of other boxes in chart. For example I have changed boxes
to have a red background and white text but newly inserted
box has a different colour.

Any help appreciated.
 
Sorry you're having troubles with this.

PowerPoint (as near as I can tell) does not allow for custom pre-formatting
of shapes inserted within a org chart. You can ...

Select an auto-format style (flame sounds close to what you want).
- or -
Build the chart, then select each of the boxes and format them after
insertion.

Not what you wanted to hear, but best we can offer at this point. If you
feel it should be added to the next version of PowerPoint, than please tell
MS about what you want
