PowerPoint 2003 with printable quiz results

BIG TIME NOVICE looking for a template that can be altered to meet needs.
True/False questions to be included in a PowerPoint 2003 training
presentation with the ability to print the one, two or three pages of
questions and answers near the end of the training module. Preferably by
clicking a "Print" button on last page of the quiz. Thanks --

To get what you need you are going to have to write some vba code (or get
someone to do it for you). AFAIK there's no other way.
