I have an old problem... I'm making a presentation in Powerpoint 2002
but don't want people to be able to "lift" the graphics, but I want
them to be able to print.

When I place the security options to "read only" the people can not
print the document. Is there a way around this or do I need to
purchase powerpoint 2003 and get the rights management stuff... will
that help?

Thanks

Hi,

I'm pretty sure you can password protect a presentation in 2003 and still
have it print. I can't test it on 2002 as I deleted it on upgrade. So, 2003
at least will do it without the IRM installed.

People can still steal the graphics using a screen grabber program such as
WinGrab. If you can see the graphics on your screen, you can steal them.
