I am downloading a ppt file from a trusted server onto my
WEP laptop but the .jpg images are not loading. I can
download the same file to harwired desktop no problem.
Running Norton Internet Security on both systems, XP Home
on wireless, XP Pro on desktop. I've tried adjusting
settings on the firewall, Norton, XP--no luck. HELP!

By "not loading" do you mean that you get a red-x/missing file icon instead or
something else?

Are the JPGs linked or embedded in the PPT file? If linked, that might be the
problem.

At http://get.pptools.com you can find a link for a FixLinks demo; it includes
a free Links Report tool that'll tell you if the images are linked and can even
repair the links, if you have access to the JPGs.
