PowerPoint 2003 - Disable Autosize

My company has standards for PPT font sizes, etc. However, I find
that whenever I create a presentation, PowerPoint takes it upon itself
to resize my fonts without my permission. Is there a way to shut this
off?

Go to tools -> autocorrect options -> autocorrect as you type -> untick
'autofit title text to placeholder' and ''autofit body text to placeholder'.
I also have 'automatic layout for inserted objects' unticked as I like to be
in control. :-)
