PowerPoint 2002 Install on Win98 : Error 1723

I called support and found the issue can be resolved via
restoring the advapi32.dll in Windows98. The Knowledge
Base article #301671
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;301671) provides instructions for restoring the file.
Note that the error number referred to in the article is
2737, but the issue is the same as error 1723. Hopefully,
this will be of use to other Windows98 users.
