PowerPoint 2002 Corrupting Files

We are having problems with PowerPoint on our systems. When adding audio or video files (more than 2 at a time), the file becomes corrupt during a save

We have tried uninstalling and resintalling PowerPoint and running SP3 afterward.

Is there a Windows update we need to run to make this work on our system
