Powerpoint 2002: copy-paste of Excel chart with textbox into PPT

Powerpoint XP 2002 (10.4205.4219) SP-2
Excel XP 2002 (10.4.4302.4219) SP-2
Windows XP pro

When doing a copy of an Excel chart with a textbox in it
and doing a paste special as Bitmap into a Powerpoint
presentation (in a textbox or chartbox), the text or
textbox is (almost always) lost, (but this always works
into Word 2002).

n.b. The paste special is used in order to have the pasted
objects sized to the destination box, without needs of
resize them)
