Office Small Business 2000 came installed on my Dell 3+
years ago. Can I get an upgrade to install Powerpoint
2000?

Personally, if you upgrade, go to 2003, so you cn take advantage of new
features and animations from 2002 onwards.

You can purchase the Office 2003 SBE Upgrade, and that will add PPT to
your Office 2000 SBE. You cannot do this using the Office XP SBE
upgrade, though, as it does not include PPT.
