I am creating a hyperlink in PP2000 to a director EXE
file. PP warns me about EXE and I can press OK and the
presentation loads.

Is there a way to remove this warning message? I have
moved my security to LOW, but it still happens.

Is there some code in the hyperlink field that can load
the exe without generating the error message? JAVA script
perhaps?

Not sure if this will work for this specific type of file, but instead of
using the "Hyperlink to" option of the "Action settings" dialog box, use the
"Run Program" option of the Action Settings Dialog Box. You will need to
browse to the folder where this file exists and change the "Files of type"
dropdown to "All Files" since it is looking for "program" files. If you
already know (or have it copied to the clipboard) the path, you can type it
in the Run Program box.

The following link explains in detail:

Hope it works for you!
