Hi,
have this problem:
Want to see my only one HD-wmv-DVD "Timeline" (from concorde entertainment)
in the only one from MS certified SW-player for MCE2005: Cyberlink Power DVD
V6 (Deluxe).
But I'am always getting the following errormessage (have translated from
German):
DVD-Error
Errorcode: C00D0BBD
An internal error occours.
The errorcode is not specified.
Please describe in detail, how this error was accrued an write this to
http://www.roxio.com
Ok, have done this, but got no answere from roxio. So I've contacted
cyberlink support again. Reply: I shall try an other DVD and an other PC.
Both of them I can't try because I've only the Timeline DVD and I'am
absolutly sure, it's no PC Problem. My Shuttle SB95PV2 with Sapphire X700Pro
runs absolutly excellent.
I belive, it's an licence problem, because at the www it's always the same
information you can find for C00D0BBD.
And it seems so, PowerDVD can't handle this because all not protected wmv
files (like intros, trailer and so on) are no problems for PowerDVD.
Now I have a request to all of you who own a HD-DVD and PowerDVD:
Please write here your experiences: Does your (protected) DVD running in
your Power DVD V6 or does this message also appears to you? What's the name
of the DVD?
Check for protection:
Open the DVD in the explorer, change to the video subdir and right-click at
the .wmv-file.
If protected there are 3 tabs and the right one are described as "licence".
Click at this and there should be "protectec ..." (exactly translated from
german: protected content). If not proteced there are only two tabs (generell
and file information).
Protecet files should not run.
Many thanx
