Powercolor Radeon 9600XT Bravo crashes to desktop

Hello all...
I just recently bought the video card in the subject line (today in fact)
and i have installed it and everything, but whenever i try to run any games,
it will crash 2 desktop. If i try to run 3dmark2001se, it will crash and
have an abnormal program termination error.
I have tried the cd drivers, the latest catalyst drivers, and the latest
omega drivers to no avail.

Could you tell us a little more about your system? Is it overclocked? What
DirectX version? System memory? OS? CPU? The card could be defective.
