powercolor not replying

hi all, my fan blew out on my evil commando 2 128mb 9700, I tried to
contact powercolor but they have not replied to my email. can anyone tell me
what the warranty details are? I purchased the card on 19th feb 2003 and I
want to know if it is possible if they can send me a new fan to replace it
myself.

Dunno about Powercolour but Hercules has took less than a week from first
contact, to them sending an email confirming they had posted a replacement
fan for my 9700Pro.

yeah, I have already ordered one last week off the net, am waiting for its
arrival. I still need to know what the powercolor warranty policy is.

I just found an old HSF unit from a discarded P3 system and I took the old
fan off my GPU and used the fan from the HSF on the GPU plugged into the
CHASFAN pins on the Mobo, it seems to work a treat and much better than the
original, I cant wait for my Zalman SM80-HP to arrive though.

I need to correct myself. It's ZM80-HP. But, I'm sure we're talking about
the same thing :) You'll love it. Silent, as silent gets! My motherboard
(Intel D865GBF) actually came with the Zalman northbridge heatsink on it ;)

I have a NF7-s mobo from Nvidia with the nforce chipset, I like it so far.
but the damned ZM80-HP is still in Korea, it hasn't been shipped to AUS
yet...
