I have P4 3.06 with a 350 power supply. I have DVD CD-RW 3 colling fans and lights in case. Do you think I should get a bigger PS or is the 350 enough?? What size would you say I need if any. Thanks

While your post belongs in the hardware groups, I'll give you my opinion
while I'm here. Keep in mind that anything plugged into the usb ports uses
power from the system power supply unless it has its own power cord. As
long as all you have on system power is your hard drive, DVD drive, CD - RW
drive, floppy drive, keyboard and mouse, you should be ok. If you start
adding more hardware that will be using the system power, you may want to
consider a 400 to 500 watt supply.

Depends on what else you also may have inside your computer that may consume
power (hard drives, etc.). However, for most systems I have ever worked on,
350 watts was quite adequate. Whenever I build a new system, I select a 400
Watt PS, and choose a good brand such as Antec.

Why do you ask? Have you been having problems?
