I was surprised to see Hiper as high as they were but then as I recall they did receive good reviews when they were first put on the market.

I suppose reliability isn't a factor when it comes to list placement ;)

I see it's a USA site, I never even heard of Zippy or Silverstone PSU's before.
 
That is an old thread but gets updated from time to time.
Silverstone supplies have been around a few years but of course they are mainly known for their case designs.

Yes, I recall the fanboy Hiper reviews a few years ago.
Oddly they stopped appearing once they started blowing up
