I've got about 6 Win2k computers around the shop set up for time keeping
only.
Since I don't want these to become trashed out, I've set the account just as
a user, not power user, admin, etc.
How can I get the monitor to not shut off? When changing as Admin & log back
in as user, setting change back.

Add the user to administrators group, change the settings as user, remove
the user from administrators group.

Hmmm... maybe I'm missing something? Which came first, the chicken or
the egg? How are the Non-Admin users going to add themselves to the
Admin group?

John

Well, since you said "I've set the account just as a user..." , I figured
you could "just set the account as an admin" long enough to change the power
settings. You can also alter the default user profile so that when a new
user logs in, they will also have these settings.
