Power Schemes lost

I lost all of the Power Schemes from Display
Properties>Screen Saver>Power. Blank blue line in the
window and everything else grayed out. How can I get
them back? I have been using this laptop for almost 4
years and never had this kind of problem

I had problems where my power schemes didn't work and this
solved them. Follow the instructions and hopefully you'll
be back up and running.

Thank you so much. Tweaking the registry did the trick.
I had already tried the restore point thing which didn't
work. I appreciate your help.
