Thats my point. If they are not technical or detail
enough to type a decent posting then give a solution that
is simple - most people know how to uninstall and
reinstall...let him try and if he comes back with more
info we can take it from there. Do people not realize we
need all the info we can get to help with problems like
this? What OS? What version of Office? Steps to
duplicate the problem, etc!
Its like Windows operating systems: sometimes you can try
to troubleshoot a system freezing/crashing/etc for hours.
If there is no quick fix available, just reload the OS and
save the time troubleshooting.
Anyhow, thats my logic...maybe too rough for some, but
thats life. You have to agree that the chances of the
problem being resolved from removing/reinstalling will
probably work right? Too many people with problems for me
to post back to someone "hey, can you give me a little
more information". Time to move on...take it easy.
