You might be well served to call Dell tech support and have
them talk you through the problem.

The OEM version of OFFICE small business edition does not
have PowerPoint.

Is your problem getting email attachments or opening the
attachment after you get it?

| Hi,
|
| I have just an year old dell computer, with windows XP.
|
| I could download power point attachments before, but not
anymore. Is
| there a reason?
|
| Also, where would it be for me to run it. Someone told me
it is MS
| OFFICE. Well, I have installed MS OFFICE, however, I am a
lay person
| at computers and dont know where to go after I go to
Porgrames.....
|
| By the way has anyone else had problems with XP. My
computer is
| supposed to be 4 pentium and runs like it is 0.
| Either everyone has a problem or my computer is defective.
|
| Thanks

You need the PowerPoint application or a PowerPoint viewer installed to
view PowerPoint files. There are several different packages of Office. Not
all of them contain Powerpoint. It sounds like your current Office package
does not include it.

This URL leads to the page for the English download of PowerPoint but it
also contains a language drop down box if you should happen to need a
different language:
