I have a project where we have a ppt that have a photo of the USA. We also
have data that needs to be input on each state. Right now it is manually be
done.
I have a spreadspreed in excel with three column
STATE ITEM $
WITHIN EACH STATE IT NEEDS TO APPEARS IN A TEXT BOX ( THIS TAKE A VERY LONG
TIME.)

NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS WITH EITHER A WORD DOC *.XML
OR THE EXCEL SPREADSHEET.
CAN ANY ONE HELP OUT. WE ARE USING PPT 2003
