Power Point

We have created a Power Point presentation and tried to add music by going to
"Insert", "Movies and Sounds" then inserting the song from the "My Music"
file. When we play the Power Point presentation from the computer it was
created on the music plays. When we email the presentation to another user,
the presentation plays but without the music. What can we do to get the music
to be included when we email it or copy the presentation to a disc?

I would be very appreciative of any assistance anyone could give

The music is not in the presentation, only linked to it. You should use
package for CD to copy on to a disk.
