When I send my completed presentation via email to
another computer in my office, the presentation does not
show the way it is saved on my system.

Ex: Pictures set to fade in with title bar. Works as set
on one computer ... pops up individually on another
computer, no fade in, on clicks only not with previous.
OR Sentences set to follow one another onto page, word
art comes in last rather than after sentence.

Basically, the presentation is not showing the way it was
designed.

Your feed back is greatly appreciated

Hi Susan,

are you sure the SAME version of PowerPoint is installed on both computers?

To me, this sounds like those compatibility problems which occur, if you try
to show a presentation created on a computer with PPT 2002 on a computer
running PPT 97 or 2000 or the old viewer. Also please check that the new
features are not deactivated on this second computer ("Tools - Options -
Edit" should have no "ticks").

Ute

Susan,
Microsoft now has a 2003 viewer that should allow you to view the
presentation on any PC with PPV2003 installed and you should not have any
differences in viewing.

Also if you are using PowerPoint XP you may want to check the box "Embed
TrueType Fonts" and choose the option that would best suit your needs. This
is located <Tools Options Save> and is located at the bottom of the page.

Hope this helps,
Jeff
