Power Point Upgrade

Does anyone know if I can upgrade my 2002 version, or do
I have to purchase the 2003 full version. If I have to
install the 2003 full version, will I still be able to
have 2002, or will it have to be uninstalled?
Also, is there a big difference in the 2002 and the 2003??

First of all, there is NOT a big difference between PowerPoint 2002 and
2003. Yes, you can upgrade just PowerPoint, or the whole Office Suite.
