I have designed a Power Point presentation for my son's wedding. Now I can't get the presentation to appear on the tv screen. What do I need to do. I have an s-video cord running from the laptop to the television. I have switched the television to the correct video line. Now what? The wedding is fast approaching!

Have you set the laptop to dual monitors? In Windows, right click on the
Desktop, choose Properties and click on the Settings Tab. You'll want to
click on the #2 monitor and check the box that says Extend my Windows
desktop onto this monitor. In PowerPoint you'll need to go to Slide Show >
Set Up Show and set the presentation to show on the secondary display.

You probably need to check your settings to make the
video signal be sent through the S-video port. Right-
click on your desktop, go to properties, then go to
settings and make sure the s-video is enabled. Hope it
helps!
