Power point should have customizable buttons with you own commands

Power Point does have Macro's but they are only in effect with in the one
slide. I wish they would make it to where you can save a command that you use
all the time a permanent custom button.

A macro can be called from anywhere in a presentation. Making it into an
add-in can make it available to all presentations on a computer.

Calling a macro from any shape:
Just use the action settings as we discussed before. All the macros are
listed in the drop-down text box for macros.

Creating an add-in is a little more tricky.
The FAQ does a better job of describing this that I usually do.
