I am brand new to power point and it seems really powerful. I am preparing to
e-mail my first project and i would like to know somethings. I sent it to
myself for practice and noticed that "click to add title" shows on the sent
copy, can I make this cleaner by deleting this somehow. Also is there a way
to have the recipent click a command to start the slides without going to the
slide show tab? Also can I send it in full screen mode?
Thanks in advance.

Hi D

Hope you are having fun! You can solve all these issues by saving the
presentation as a PowerPoint Show - I take it you are using 2007? If so click
the Office button-> Save as-> PowerPoint Show. A couple of things you should
note:
1. The person receiving the presentation need PowerPoint installed or one of
the PowerPoint viewers (2003 and 2007 viewers available for free from
Microsoft).
2. If the person has pre-2007 installed (e.g. 2003) the presentation may not
run exactly as expected - get them to download the 2007 viewer.

You can simply select the 'Click to Add Title' placeholder and delete it,
but it doesn't show in slide show view anyway...

Hope that helps
