Also try to remember that support newsgroups don't operate in Twitter
mode.

I fear that Twitter, IM, and smart phones are raising a whole
generation of lazy typists who communicate in bursts of 1-5 words(not
to mention the bad spelling and grammar that often seems to accompany
the cryptic phrasing). If you work at it you can cram a fair amount
of information into 140 characters, but for some it seems to have
become a license to bang out requests using just the Subject line and
a few cryptic words about the problem.

Madam, please use as many characters as you need to spell out the
problem, how and when it appears, your software version, etc.
regardless of where you post.

The AutoContent Wizard could be used in PPT 2003, but I'm afraid not any
more in PPT 2007.
I'm guessing that was your question?
