I am looking for a free program that Microsoft used to have on their web
site. It is totally free so I don't seem to have a problem asking for it
here. It is the Power Point Producer for Power Point 2000. If you have a
copy or know where I can get a copy please let me know.

If what you're looking for is a PowerPoint READER which allows you to >only<
open/read *.ppt files you meet with/receive then a google for "power point
reader downloads" at:
http://www.google.com
should do.
 
MS's website has v 2002 of producer and there is a Office 2003 version
coming soon.
