I think that you're going to have to discuss this with your instructor. The
Carnegie Coach templates are not included in PowerPoint 2003, as you know.
My guess is that Microsoft is not licensed to distribute them with ppt2003.
I've searched all over and I don't see them on any website for download.
Unless you have a friend with PowerPoint 97, 2000 or 2002, or can use a
computer at your school lab, you'll have to let the instructor know that you
can't complete the task as instructed and ask him/her what alternatives you
have. Oh, I guess that one possibility might be to find a copy of
PowerPoint 97 or 2000 on eBay, but make sure that it is a full version and
not an upgrade.
